Q: How does it work around the nose area? I read the smaller bristle brush heads, like on the Olay one, work better around the nose area. Thanks!

I found it difficult to use around the nose area. I also found the brush head heavy, so when it's vibrating it kind of hurts your face, like its hitting it

Q: I have been using the pmd brush for about 5 days and my skin has started to break out in dry patches. has this happened to anyone else?

You may be over-exfoliating (stripping the skin of its protective barrier and moisture) your skin. Everyones skin is different some people can exfoliate every day while others should only exfoliate 1-2 times a week. Also, are you using a new cleanser, moisturizer, or product any of these could be the culprit. Use a good creamy moisturizer as it has a high water content to soothe with a thick layer to keep moisturizer in unlike a lotion which is thinner. Lay off the brush for a few days to allow skin to heal..hope this helps :)

I find that it exfoliates well. I've used it with several different brands and types of face wash (all without any type of exfoliating or scrubbing materials added) and it does well.
