Good product for pre workout - take in the morning .

Very effective and Good product.

Was running out of muscle tech pre workout and decided to try a new product that combines caffeine and a decent amount of creatine. read some reviews and decided to give it a try. The product taste nice, had 1 scoop in the morning 15 min before my workout, and my head started spinning in 30 min. Barely finished my workout and had this foggy feeling in my head the entire day. Taking this product to the nearest garbage.

It was delivered in a non appropriate condition. I received the package flaming hot, it was in direct sunlight or in a non air conditioned car, which will affect the quality of the product and my cause serious health damage.

Both my adult sons and I have tried various pre workouts over the years and Curse ticks all the box. Servings and value for money - this is worth noting when you buy pre-workout, many other brands have 30 servings per tub, Curse has 50 servings. So at an average price of lets say £30 (roughly what most pre workouts cost) Curse comes in at £0.60 per serving where a pre workout with 30 servings comes in at £1.00 per serving. That soon mounts up over a week, month, year. To br clear though Curse generally costs roughly £25 on Amazon which is super value for 50 servings. Taste - perhaps not the most important for some as you generally down it quickly but I can say after trying all Curse flavours that it geniunely tastes nice. I have tried other pre- workouts that range in taste from just as nice as Curse to downright disgusting. Dilution - I have tried quite a few pre workouts that no matter how much you shake or stir them there is that horrible gunky sludge at the bottom of the glass - yuk. Curse dilutes conpletely every time with a brisk 5-10 second stir. Performance - the reason we all buy it, right? My sons and I swear by Curse for performance. Its not the strongest pre workout out there but it does the job. Personally I do not like pre workouts that are too potent particularly as I train in the evenings, Curse gets the balance just right. The best pre workout on the market in my opinion, give it a try.
