I’ve been trying everything for this flare of scalp psoriasis, and nothing seems to work. It burns, it itches, and it scales. It keeps getting my lymph glands flared up and painful. I’ve resorted to putting numbing creams in my hair to stop the burning and itching. This is the best thing I’ve tried so far. I love that it provides the relief of oats without the messy residue that whole oats leave. You can feel the oats and the aloe. I chose it based on the ingredients, and it has worked better than I hoped. I see a lot of people commenting on the thickness. The texture end thickness is like aloe thinned with hyaluronic acid. It’s a light gel that will soak in and disappear. It worked well in my hair, better than any of the other 6-7 things I’ve tried. Give it time. Let the gel soak in until it’s dry. My hair is fine once the gel has soaked in, and so is my skin. The cooling is instant, but give it time to penetrate the scales, and if they are thick, apply a second coat once the first has soaked in. This has great ingredients and seems to work well. After only a few hours, the texture is beginning to improve and the scales are coming loose. (Apply more gel under them if scales come off!) The other things that helped were Benadryl gel, vitamin C serum, zinc cream, and plain lanacane. This gel was the best for moisturizing, scaling, and burning. Benadryl gel and zinc best helped the redness and the swelling in nearby lymph glands. Lanacane was the best when I was desperate with the itching, but it sticks badly in hair, while this gel provided similar relief without the mess, plus more beneficial for additional symptoms. If you’re used to using serums, this really isn’t messy at all. I applied it with my fingertips and massaged in. Only use a little, as much as you would use of aloe straight from the plant or a HA-based serum. Yes, it’s messy… like a serum. That’s important because it soaks in. Just dip your fingertip into the serum and pat it into the affected area. And the glucans from oat coupled with aloe is absolutely brilliant. Check out the ingredients and give it a try. I’m so grateful to have found relief after months of suffering.

Has been working ok as needed, but it's less a gel than a slightly thick liquid. This makes it hard to keep with me (would help if there were a tube version). Can also make it hard to apply since you have to kind of scoop it up and then get it quickly to the spot before it gets over everything.

I’m glad I tried the product but it didn’t work like I thought it would. It alleviated some of the issues with psoriasis but not like I thought I would.
