My quest to find the best value stevia based electrolyte powder has led me to LytePow. With Prime Day discounts it was half of my previous favorite product Key Nutrients. Even without Prime Day discounts its about $5-$10 less than Key Nutrients and $25-$20 less than Ultima the favorite before that. It does not have the B vitamins and other vitamins that the other two have, but I also take multivitamins so I don't think its a big loss. But what about taste and performance? I think the noticeable difference is how light it tastes. It's a very sour lemonade flavor but it doesn't have the artificial vitamin tastes of the others. I find it to be very similar to a Minute Maid lemonade taste, maybe a little less sweet. I use it for my daily intense workouts and it works fine. I normally drink about 64oz worth and I find that LytePow doesn't affect my stomach the way the other two do. As a simple hydration drink it works great too. Maybe because its only electrolytes it seems to hydrate faster. Spent a full hot summer day at Knotts Berry Farm amusement park and found that it kept my family well hydrated. So between the lowest pricing per serving at this quality level and the decent taste and fast acting hydration, this is my new favorite electrolye powder.

I have been using this product for a couple of years. I have tried others (liquid drops, etc) and none of them are easy to use or taste as good. This gives just a touch of sweetness to the water but nothing like a Gatorade or Powerade powder. I have never had an issue with my stomach using this product. Because it is a powder, I just make the amount I need each time. I would have given this 3 stars 6 months ago, had I not come up with a trick to keep it from absorbing moisture from the air and hardening up so you can't use it. I have thrown out a couple of half-used jars because of it. HOWEVER, A SIMPLE TO DO SOLUTION IS TO STORE THE CONTAINER IN THE FREEZERI have had a jar for about 6 weeks now, about half empty, and I have stored it from day 1 in the freezer and voila, no moisture or caking of the product. I hope the many that have had issues with the product not lasting will read this review and this solution and try the product again!

Pros: this stuff tastes slightly different than what you would expect but still great and feels good going down. Cons: they need to work on the clumpiness. I can't get it to mix well in any-temperature water, there are always a bunch of clumps floating to the top. Also, the scoop handle is so long that you literally cannot fit it back in the container unless you put it back upside down and dig the long handle into the remaining powder. As a result, using this product regularly means you regularly get the mix ALL over your fingers while handling the scoop. It's a decent product, but they need to fix these totally unnecessary flaws. For now I'm gonna look elsewhere for something that's a tad more user-friendly.

Easy & effective..great taste too

This product was spectacular in every way compared to similar products on Amazon, but something changed since August 2024. I've purchased two separate orders, and both smell disgusting and metallic! I tried it, thinking maybe it was just me, but I almost threw up, and I felt sick for over an hour and had a major headache. On my last order, I emailed customer support since there is no way to get your money once it gets delivered. They said they sent me a replacement package and refunded me, but I have yet to receive either. I really want to love this product, but something went wrong, and I'm not the only person saying the same thing! UPDATE Oct 7, 2024: Kevin from LytePow sent me a refund and additional items for free, which was a great action on their part and showed stellar customer service BUT unfortunately, I reordered another time thinking that the last one was a bad "batch" and when it got here the same metallic smell and immediately I tried to return it, but they don't even allow it. So basically, I blew $25 again, and it seems this product is no longer what it used to be.

Product flavor is great. Some reviewers say they don’t like the flavor but you can always add juice to it or iced tea. My daughter plays soccer in 110 degree temperatures and dehydration can set in fast. She uses lytepow to stay hydrated. I personally don’t like the big name sports drinks because they contain the same amount of sugar as soda or they have excess amounts of unnecessary vitamins. Lytepow does what it’s made for and I recommend it to anybody looking to stay hydrated. Personally I would occasionally suffer from leg cramps and since drinking lytepow cramping is gone. It is priced right and I’ll definitely re order. If you’re into sports or staying hydrated it’s a must try, you won’t regret it.

This is just the best electrolyte powder I've tried. The flavor's great—light and satisfying. There are never undissolved grains in the bottom, and it mixes in with three liters of water pretty much instantly. My only issue was that with about 20% remaining, it somehow must have been exposed to moisture and bricked on me. Could barely scrape the stuff out for love nor money. Fortunately, I didn't lose either because I contacted the manufacturer and they quickly sent me a full replacement plus a gift of another of their products. Kudos to them!

I hate giving a bad review- especially because I am currently using other electrolyte products from this company. This particular powdered version is basically unusable. It starts out great, easy to mix, awesome taste etc. but the powder quickly (1 to 2 weeks) hardens to a concrete like consistency which is almost impossible to chip out of the container. I live in a less than 10% humidity area so not really sure why it always does this. Super annoying - who has time for that? Do yourself a favor and order the liquid version until they can refine this formula. Throwing out yet another container of powdered Lytepow..........
