Disappointing
The delivery was perfect and it actually arrived early which we were extremely pleased about. The low rating is for the actual product. Its just awful. The only shock you get is when the bit that sticks out digs into your hand. I understand it isn't supposed to be an actual shock and the it is a buzzer, but even this doesn't function as you would expect.
