This book is great for expanding your knowledge of burgers and mixing up recipes for them. I am a big burger lover and have tried many of these recipes. My only advice for this is to buy good mince as normal Supermarket mince in a burger never tastes that good. I bought this for my husband for Christmas however I looked at it already and it has beautiful pictures of burgers and I can’t wait till he makes them for me. They look delicious. They show all the ingredients and they seem to be items that you’d have in your pantry or fridge already

Nothings great about the book , i don’t find any good burger recipes. Totally disappointed

Great book full of delicious ideas for the home of the hamburger. Here in Australia we have two types of burgers. ‘Plain’ : beef, tomato, onions, beetroot, tomato sauce (ketchup) lettuce on a toasted buttered bun. Or a ‘Burger with the Lot‘ : plain burger topped with a fried pineapple ring, bacon, fried runny egg and cheese! George’s book strips it all back to simple ingredients beautiful.
