I mix this with a few other things and take it before bed. It makes a huge difference and I dont wake up groggy. I have talen it for a long time and ot continues to work and when Im out I can still get to sleep i. What feel normal so not developing a dependence on it to sleep either like other supplements for sleep. Dosent taste great but I add some flavor to it and that fixed that easily. Good quality

I was a bit hesitant to believe this works but it does help both my husband (who I ordered it for) and myself. One tsp of this powder does help with libido. It also gives energy & increases stamina. Be careful mixing with alcohol! The only issue I had was it stuck to the roof of my mouth when swallowing so have some crackers handy to get the residue down. It’s not bad but just sticky. We should have bought gel caps but it’s not a big deal to us. If you are looking for something to increase your stamina this could work well for you.

Cause me to get sick, violent vomiting the last few times I've taken it, which I have since discontinued. Currently undergoing gastric test to see what damage it has done, due to decreased appetite and digestion changes after usage causing vomiting.
