Great product, ok taste is not ideal and I'm sure a regular cup of coffee with a cordyceps supp would be a cheaper and better option but its very convenient for on the road or in a pinch. Lions Mane though I should mention (if you get the one with Lions Mane) is the real deal but you cant take it in on coffee and get results it has to be taken over weeks I believe. Its still very cool stuff and worth researching for yourself for a natural nootropic.
