**Q: Are these 4 pencils of different colors as shown or are they black?**
A: black lead...not colored pencils

**Q: My order only came with 3 pencils, what am I supposed to do?**
A: Let amazon know or the seller so they can either send you one or you may have to return and re-order.

**Q: I have read that we should pull out the eraser to insert new lead but it is very hard to remove the eraser.  Any advice?**
A: I use a medium sized safety pin to remove the eraser when it gets too small to get a grip on it with my fingernails. Any strong needle will do the same. Just push the needle into the eraser at an angle and wiggle it out.

**Q: What is country of origin?**
A: I believe Bic is a French company, and the photos show the product packaging to be English/French. Could a French company outsource its manufacturing to China? Possibly, why not ask Bic?
