Had my doubts but, this brand is pretty good.Hasn’t been a full 2 weeks taking it and my hair has already grown approximately half inch. Definitely seeing growth already. Thin areas are showing to thicken and hair growth.Going to start taking Knox unflavored gelatin with it, just to see how aggressive it can be with the mix. Maybe tsp with water in morning and tbsp with water before bed. Gelatin is great for hair, nails and skin anyway.Other wonderful pluses:1. I’ve noticed my lungs feel clearer. It’s been a long time!! I can now take full deep breaths and fill the air filling my lungs. Not starving for air anymore. I have also started a liver cleanse around about same time as starting the palmetto.2. I’m a migraine sufferer. Nearly everyday battles. I’ve been waking and having migraine free days! Not even a little headache. Fingers crossed it continues.3. My hormones/estrogen seem to be balancing out too. Nice. A bit early maybe to know for sure but, signs are there.Overall- this brand/company appears to be great quality.

These are a larger quantity than some and vegan certified the product is known to help with respiratory health. I didn't know that the first time I took it, but I started breathing clearer, then I googled these and found they are known for it. Thank God for all things in his order.

So, I will say that I haven't been consistent in taking this supplement. I took it for about a month straight, and now that I am writing this review, it made me realize that I need to go on this again!I was doing a ton of research on PCOS supplements, and Chiro-D and inositol powder came up, so I bought those. But while I was "researching" on reddit, I noticed someone mentioning they used Saw Palmetto with great results. Well, I will say this. I have been consistently getting my period once a month for the past few months! I can't say whether or not taking saw palmetto made a crucial difference, or if it was a combination of all the supplements or the lifestyle changes I made, but something is definitely working!I highly recommend this product!

The quality is seems to be good. Some reviewers say they're big pills and hard to swallow. They're not so big that you'll choke. They go down fine when i swallow them.

Saw palmeto is absolutely great for hair loss for man and women. My hair loss stopped literally in 2 weeks. I keep taking this supplement becouse it's good for hair and skin as well.

Less bitter than the alternative of putting the powder in a supplement. So far so good. I can take it on an empty stomach and I have no issues.
