I have used a bit in a morning smoothie. It's good, difficult to mix kinda clumped up a bit . I wish directions were better just said u can good/bake w it. I would have like more suggestions & a recipe or 2 for smoothies along w if u have to reconstitute it before using in cooking or baking. Taste ok, smell ok. How many grams of protein it actually in a serving & what considered a serving.

I've repurchased this probably 10 times. I use it for macarons and its amazing. Just make sure you keep the bag sealed.

I was skeptical that it would fluff up like raw egg whites, but it fluffed up SOOO much faster! The taste is very, very close to fresh egg whites--most people probably couldn't detect a difference. In fact, I'm not sure I could if I did a blind taste test. I also tested it in a protein shake, and it's a much better tasting shake than any other protein I've tried. This will be a permanent shelf item in my pantry from now on!

Excellent product for making keto/low carb "bread". Made cloud bread and regular loaf bread with this product. All baked wonderfully. So versitile. I'm going to make keto meringue cookies with this too.
