i had back inflammation for years - my WBC count always was off the charts - I kept wondering why! Fantastic product... Do swallow them whole tho as they are an acid...i do it with a big glass of water to make sure they go down...! I've had terrible problems digesting food and know it's not cured mine as its being looked into...but they help my stomach to digest the food I eat and produce less gas and bloating....and that happened the very first one I had...! I don't use them all the time but if eating a more complex meal...I have one b4 or during and they are fantastic...! Iv read that as we age we lose some of our acidity in our gut...suppose that too depends on diet and now we know so much more about these things.. so makes sense if your aging might need a boost...! Highly recommend and good value for money...
