I always struggle to find good iron supplement but Mary Ruths liquid iron supplement had been my go to. I love the taste and it's so easy to remember to take. I cannot recommend this product more. I’ve only been using this product for about a week and a half, and my feet are always cold anymore which to me means that it’s working if I notice a difference in my hair, I will write another review. Also the taste is good to me. He reminds me of vitamins I used to take as a child the Flintstone vitamins but if I need to purchase another bottle, it definitely will be this one.

Not what expected too sweet and I feel like it dint help at all

Tastes really good! I'd be worried if I had small children--you would have to be sure they couldn't access it! Seems to be helping me. My only issue is that the cap was really hard to get off and finally just broke into two pieces so now I have a piece of foil and a rubber band to close it. So the cap was not just child-proof, it was anyone-proof! I guess I just got a defective cap but it's very inconvenient and I'll probably not buy it again because of the struggles with the bottle.

Love this, it’s help raise my iron levels substantially. Doesn’t irritate my stomach either. I’ve already bought this product 3 times, and will continue to purchase until I don’t need any more iron supplements. Wish I would have found it earlier in life!

Lo compre por recomendación de mi nutrióloga al no ver progreso en mis niveles de hierro al estarlo tomando en capsula, con las capsulas me tarde mucho en "medio regularme" y cada que dejaba de tomarlas por poco tiempo volvian mis "sintomas", este me encantó, el sabor me costo al inicio ya que es muy dulce, sabe bien pero soy muy sensible a lo dulce, con el tiempo me acostumbre, no he medido mi hiero pero definitivamente puedo sentir y ver los cambios, tengo mayor energía durante el día, ya no me dan golpes de cansancio por la tarde ni ganas de tomar siesta todos los días, ademas mi cabello dejo de caerse al extremo. Se necesita constancia pero definitivo es algo que funciona mejor que las capsulas. Yo senti el cambio a partir de la media botella aproximadamente.
