It is good I love that it comes in a big size although you need to take several per day but for the treatment is good

Still using no real change yet My condition is pretty severe so Nutritionists say this will take over a year to treat I started using just biotin then I found out I was supposed to use collagen along with biotin well oops on me so here I go again

I was using the regular You Theory collagen and liked it. I like the additional ingredients for men. Not sure what those extra ingredients do, if anything. I take lower dosages and get good results with just 2 to 4 tablets a day. At 69 keeping a youthful look even though I have always looked younger than I am. Helps most with smoothing out and reducing bags under the eyes, crows feet, and smooths out crepe skin look. Also helps with joints and joint pain and swelling.

Arrived fast and as described been using this for 2 years now it is quite effective in preventing those lines on your face

I am 51 years old and have been using this product for more than five years. I used to buy it at Costco until I found the subscription on Amazon. I was an athlete through high school and college until my early forties mostly playing basketball and running 800 meters to 5k events. I developed some pain in my hips and knees as I went past the 40 years old mark. This product quickly brought significant relief that I was able to confirm after not having the product for a few weeks because it was out of stock. The pain appeared again and disappeared when I restarted taking the product. I go through my annual medical check ups and blood tests and none has shown any problems with my liver or kidneys. I take two to three capsules a day not the six capsules recommended dosage because I eat a mostly healthy and balanced diet.
