It does also moisturize **Q: Can this product help the healing of of a black eye?** A: You know...I think it would be worth a try. I have frequent bruises on my forearms and they take 7-14 days to resolve. It seemed like they resolved a bit faster with the cream. You could put on the cream as a base and then use "cover stick" makeup to decrease the black and blue appearance around the eye... **Q: What is the arnica concentration?** A: The ingrediance does not indicate the percentage.
