Used this tape for weightlifting. Has prevented my hands from tearing which has been great. Only thing is when my hands get hot, sometimes the tape doesn’t stick. Maybe just my hot hands though! Would recommend.

Tape doesn't seem sticky but clings to your fingers exceptionally well. I've used other tape but so far this is the best. I use it for CrossFit and it allows decent bend in your fingers too. Will 100% buy again.

Really thin, low quality tape, also not very sticky wouldn’t recommend

Used it for xmas tree shearing, held the wrist ok, adhesion is good in dry weather, falls apart when its wet. Stops hand blisters if you dont like wearing gloves. Good coverage all over. Just wish it came in longer rolls, used 1 1/2 in wet weather.

Use this for my deadlifting, helps me a lot

Have used lots of different thumb tapes as an Olympic lifter. I train every day so a roll doesn’t last very long but it lasts a 2-3 hour session easy and the slight padding on it makes it comfortable with a sharp bar.
