Decidí comprar este aceite de pescado Omega-3 porque tenía buenas reseñas y una concentración adecuada por cápsula. Hasta el momento mi experiencia ha sido positiva. Lo he estado tomando de forma constante y no he presentado malestar estomacal ni sabor residual fuerte, que suele ser algo que me preocupa con este tipo de suplementos. I take this fish oil with my breakfast. I feel good after taking it. It has helped with my cognition and mental health.
