Good product, very simple. Things I have learned. Don’t pack it too tight, just enough to seal the outer hole to prevent anything from going in. Use guru nanda coconut mint oil pulling after brushing your teeth. Think of Dentek as a bandaid. Just make sure you sanitized the wound of your tooth before you do so, like you do a wound. I take a little piece, wet it a little then spread lightly over broken or little hole of tooth. Dont drink anything for 2 hours or chew on anything and keep your mouth shut if you are a mouth breather. If you have no patience, do it before you sleep. I use guru nanda mouthwash, guru nanda coconut mint oil pulling, guru nanda floss. Dont use regular toothpaste. I use regrow powder, its in green container with pink flower on it that says Regrow. I brush w that few times a day after everytime I eat and I use a tea small size of Caredo reverse cavity spearmint with regrow sprinkle on top of it before bed. I got it all on Amazon. The cavities in back are fading away. My canine tooth broke in half almost on the backside due to lockjaw and bottom tooth jammed my canine. Needless to say, Im doing this and my tooth is growing back. Repairing itself. Avoid flouride. I do not care what the dentist says. Your teeth can repair. My second tooth between my front and canine used to have a hole in it, and it’s completely healed up. Took months but yes it heals. Again, dont pack it too tight because you dont want to block it from healing either. Keep your teeth conditioned with oil pulling. I do it twice a day. Two inches of oil pulling in a mouthwash cup and swish with it after you brushed your teeth and dont drink anything for 20 minutes. Keep your tongue off it unless you are checking if dentek is too dry, if so, oil pull. Listen to your body, listen to your gut feeling. Pray about it. Remember w dentek, dont pack it in, just spread it over til you feel it can hold. Floss daily if you can but gently. Baby your teeth. Dont brush your teeth like its cement. I also use guru nanda toothbrush. There are different kinds. Find the one you like. Remember your hands stronger than you realize. Your teeth are not concrete, it’s a bone. One more thing, if u ate some bad meat or something and ur tooth starts hurting, use that mouthwash and let it sit for a while, use regrow and then oil pulling, the pain is gone in morning usually. If you got too much dentek on your tooth, just wipe it off with your clean finger. Ezpz

I have been using this particular product for over 7 years now. It is NOT meant to be used all the time just meant for a temporary fix long enough to get in contact with your doctor. With that said i have used it a lot longer then is meant to be used for and it works unbelievably well. Definitely a Very Highly Recommended product from me. I dont have ANY negative things to say about it nor have ever had any issues using it. It takes getting use to when using it to fill in and replace any missing fillings, cavities, exc. Some doctors will say they hate it or understand and like it but still dont like it at the same time (when they go to remove it bc sometimes it can be difficult if you do a really good job at putting it in). They prefer you clean the area by brushing it and washing your mouth out before using it so it does a better job at whats its meant to do and thats provide pain relief as well as protect the area from getting anything in it. Here is a Strong WARNING tho. You have to unfortunately put a fair bit of pressure to help ensure its completely covering the area that needs filled in, IF you have a sensitive or severe sensitivity in saod spot you Need to go to the doctor asap but this will 110% help but with the cost of pain that may be for a few or several minutes to potentially as long as a day especially if it was an exposed nerve like mine was. I didnt know until i had already firmly put it in place. Mistake for sure but after horrible pain it helped after about a whole day and went completely away. This stuff really works and works well. Just be careful applying it, make sure its applied well. There are videos on exactly how to do it, I have to use my index finger as it helps with being more precise then the tool you get. Lasts anywhere from 3-7 days depending how exposed that area is to food and how much hard foods you eat. I can make one filling last 1-3 months if im very careful. I dont recommend that but just an fyi. Overall this is probably one of the Most Liked products i buy. This pack will last me 6-18 month. First product i gave a very detailed review about because how much I love it, how Exceptionally Well it works and how good the product is itself. Highly recommend!

Originally I left a review of one star but I'm giving it five stars because Amazon made good but this is really good product The expiration date is 2030 and it works great I have a feeling that fill out in the back of my tooth where I thought this wouldn't help it it took a chance and I've had it on for 2 weeks and it's good this stuff is fresh it's not dry highly recommend

This product was received hard they fall apart and crumble . I have bought them often this is the first time you can hardly use them . Seems like there were frozen then thaw out , no moisture they won’t bend they crumble .
