Easy Repair for 100W CO2 Laser
My old glass tube broke at the worst time, right in the middle of a big order due in a week. Luckily Cloudray has my replacement laser tube in stock on prime and saved my job. This tube came extremely well packaged and I was confident it would work knowing the Amazon return policy.

Worked like a charm (W2 model)
I have and 80w red and black laser. OMROM brand, bought heer at Amazon. The original tube worked fine for about 18 months, but after that period started to behave erratically. I decided it was time to get a new one. Installations was as expected, and my laser came back to its earlier glories. What I really love about this tube is it comes with a removable laser lens cover that I can remove and clean from time to time. The actual tube's output lens is not exposed to the enviroment.

Tube failed after very little usage. Cloudray is replacing.
My tube failed after very little use. Fortunately Cloudray was easy to work with and has a new tube headed my way now. I will update this review to a lower score if the new tube is also bad. But for now Iām happy with their customer service.2 years later and the new tube is still going strong. š

cracked water jacket on brand new tube - fatal
The media could not be loaded. I was excited to find this laser tube supplier and had wonderful service asking questions up through the receiving the tube. It replaced the exact same tube in my machine that had over 2,000 hrs on it. Installation was easy and I used the new tube for less than one hour before the water jacket failed. The picture shows water collecting in the main chamber outside the smaller coiled jacket. I'm not sure if this is something that could have broken during shipment or something that failed after heating etc. I double checked my chiller and it's running fine. The tube is useless and I'm stuck without a laser. I'm hoping the seller will honor my request for a warranty replacement and I'll let you know. GREAT SELLER. It's a fragile piece and something must have happened in shipping - they resent a brand new tube and it's working great. Thank you!

Update:After a few months, I works great.----I did a preinstall (not yet inside the case) to inspect and test; worked as expected.Well packed for shipment, arrived earlier than expected.So far, so good. Will update if needed.Thanks again Cloudray, great as always.

RECI Tube are great!!!
This is my second tube. The last one lasted 26 months and I got about 9000 hours out of it. I am looking forward to the same performance on the new tube.
