Choose Your Height Carefully
There are a couple of things I don't really care for. I chose the one for 5'1"+ as I am 5'4" but it's still higher than I like. Sitting in it without adjusting it to lean back, my feet don't touch the floor and the sides of the seat don't give a lot of room in that in order to use the arm rests, I have to lean to the side and I can't just put my laptop on my lap as there isn't protection to keep it there. I have to put my feet up and have a corner sitting on the armrest. If I were to lay it all the way back, my body would be above the armrests not giving much protection or a feeling of security. This all comes with the chair being for taller and much thinner people. I will just make do. Just wish I had chosen the next body height down. All that aside, it's a wonderful chair. I love the vibration/massage and heat. It goes all the way from my shoulders to my ankles. It has 2 cup holders that I put my controls in as the 2 side pockets are too far down and the 2 front ones aren't roomy enough. They hold my cell phone really nice. Maybe once the chair is broken in better, the remotes will fit in them. The cup holders is what makes it so I have to lay back to keep my laptop on my lap. It is definitely comfortable, so much so that I have nodded off in it a number of times. I got the non-fabric one, so it is so easy to clean. It's well worth the money!

First my needs!
I just got the chair today and so far I love it! I’m 5’6” and the chair fits me perfectly, other than my feet going over the end, but that doesn’t bother me. It was easy to put together and everything works as it should. The messaging function is more of a vibration, but is very relaxing in my opinion. I think it’s well worth the money and fits my needs.

Nice and comfortable chair
Chair is beautiful and very comfortable. Shipping was awesome, it came a day earlier than expected. Box was very heavy but it is in 2 big pieces and easy to put together. The heat and vibration are amazing. Mom loves them! Only thing I would change are the buttons to control up and back. I would put them in an easier place for the elderly to see and make the buttons actual buttons ( shaky hands make the flush buttons hard to work) Overall this is a great chair, price was close to all others and not too much.

It is awesome!
My wife and I are in our 80's, have been looking at this type of chair for awhile, checking prices, etc. Could not believe the price on Amazon. Was a little Leary of the chair because of the price but said what the heck, we ordered 2 of these, like getting two for the price of one. The chairs arrived a day early, delivery folks did not advise us of the delivery, just dropped them off in front of our garage door which is one story below our living room, each chair in the box weighs 105 pounds so it was fun getting up to the living room. Assembly of the chairs is pretty easy, follow the directions. All functions operate as advertised, heat, massage, all of them. Chair is easy to operate. Would definitely recommend this to anybody needing this type of char.

Looks good, tilt function works nicely, and was VERY easy to put together.
So far so good... I was very hesitant to buy a 'cheap' recliner, as this one was only about $329 when I got it... It's for my mom, who is about 5'5" and weighs about 125lbs, and it's working out great so far. The size is nice, with the ONLY thing I'd change being the depth of the seat--I wouldn't mind if it was a little bit shallower, so she doesn't have to scoot back into it as much. But, the main issue with that is when she eats, as she eats her meals on the chair every day, and so what I've been doing is just adjusting the chair forward a bit with the automatic button on the side, which brings her closer to the little table I have for her, and it actually makes it a great set up for her to eat on. Then after the meals I can tilt it back to level again. The adjustment mechanism works very nicely, smoothly, and is very quiet. The heater function does produce some heat, but I wouldn't say a lot, but I never really planned to use that anyway, except maybe a bit in the winter. Same with the massage feature...my sister says it alright, but I never expected my mom to use it so I can't say much about that. My mom has had multiple strokes and now has severe dementia, so I just needed a daily chair for her to sit in with the tilt forward mechanism to help her get up, if that becomes more of an issue in the future....But now, I'm already using the tilt mechanism for the mealtime situation I mentioned and it's working out nicely. Last thing I have to mention is the assembly. It was VERY easy to put together. I did it myself, and yes it would be easier with 2 people, but really, the only 'tough' part was getting the main part of the seat out of the box. Basically, I'd just suggest pushing the box over onto its side and then you can grab the plastic wrapping and pull the seat out. But then you basically just put the back on, then the two side pieces, and hook up the wires, and it is very obvious which ones go where, and that's it. I took some pictures of the chair when we were setting up my living room for my mom to live in, after her release from the hospital after a recent heart attack, mainly to show how far from the wall the chair needs to be if you want to be able to recline it all the way. My mom will never need it to be reclined, except perhaps a tiny bit sometimes, but if you expect to have it fully recline you can look at one of my pictures and see how far the chair will need to be from the wall for that to work. (...and the weird mark on the wall behind the chair was already there, it's not from the chair.) ;-)

I needed a lift chair
I'm 82 years old, weigh about 250 pounds and have bad knees. My reclining lounge chair had soft cushioned arms. I found it very difficult to get out of the chair and sometimes had to call for help or struggle for several minutes to accomplish the task. I recalled that my dad had had a lift chair and went shopping for one. This one was reasonably priced, had many desirable features and quick two day delivery. It was easy to set up, is very comfortable, has heat and pleasant massage modes, the brown color is a close match for my existing couch and chair and I can stand up without any problems. I found one discrepancy. The pictures all show a chair with dual left and right positioning switches. My chair only has switches on the right side. This is not a problem for me, but might be a disappointment for a left handed person

Great price but the chair has issues
So first off as always the delivery was awesome! The package of the the chair was great as well. Assembly wasn't to hard what so ever (my 125 wife did it). The comfort of the chair, the usb charging port, and heat are the issues. To start off I was in a motorcycle accident on 8/16/2022 while in the hospital for 10 days the doc told me I will need one of these chairs to relax in, and it would be great to get up and down in. So during my great 10 day stay in the hospital I pulled out the good old cell phone and started to review some chairs. When I purchased this chair a few things crossed my mind like cost, comfortably, and bulky. This chair I thought hit all three of those. Being a 6 '0 ft 260 pd man with 6 broken ribs from my accident I thought this would be the chair. The issues started happening a week in. USB - I enjoyed the usb port while it worked due to me not being able to move that much but unfortunately that just stopped working. No it wasn't my usb cord for my phone. The entire side unit where you select to go up and down has the usb port stopped lighting up and the usb port stopped working. Heat - The heat on the chair really was never good. The first week I had the chair I felt it a little. After that the heat I can barely feel Comfort - Well when I first got home from the hospital anything was better than that damn hospital bed. I actually told my wife damn this is a nice chair. After about 10 days you will start to feel the vibrating coils in the chair at every part of your body. Overall I think they did a decent job on the chair but they need to work on the coils, usb port, and the heat for sure.

Good price decent chair
This chair is great, it reclines, it helps you stand up, it massages and it has heat. The reason I marked 4 stars was the fabric seems to stain easily I wish there was a leather option or more stain resistant fabric and the handle for the chair massager has a really short cord that makes it hard to see and select without unplugging it.
