I think these latex-free stretchy bands provide a fabulous workout. The green is an intermediate workout level. Yellow and red are easier, but are only good for a beginner or therapeutic level after injury. Green are very good for legs or arms or total body. I like that they are stretchy enough to work through the full range of movement.

We use this theraband in our clinic; the stretch lasts for a long time for each patient.

My Dad teaches a chair exercise class and uses these for everyone. They last a long time and have good elasticity. It's the only brand they have found that holds up.

I cut these up and gave them as xmas presents to my fitness classes. They are fantastic. You can easily slip these into your pocket or purse. There is no excuse not to exercise when you have one of these!
