Purchased these from a recommendation from my hormone specialist. I needed an electrolyte that was potassium focused with lower sodium. The orange is a really yummy flavor. I love adding to my water in the morning with my other supplements and blends well. I also enjoy having packets I can take on the go.

I’ve been using this supplement for several years. It tastes delicious, helps me drink more water throughout the day, and I have no leg cramps.

These are the best calorie-free electrolyte supplements I've seen. Much higher in potassium, and I believe magnesium as well, than Liquid IV and LMNT, which are also good. I like to mix the powder with ice, ginger, spirulina, and a big glass of H2O. Feels like I can feel my cells hydrating as I drink it and they like it. The orange flavor makes water more appetizing. Next time I'll give the blue-raspberry flavor a try. I like the individual packets because I can easily provide samples to running mates and clients, plus they're very portable when I'm on the go. Jar of powder is also available for home use.

Does the job. Higher priced than I would like, but best I have found with "no sugar". I always take extras in my bag and people love them when I give them out.

Such a great electrolyte. It is pricey but I bought it during Prime Day so I got a really good deal on it. I love the potassium to sodium ratio on this one! Would definitely purchase again.

It is a good stuff. However, I think like most other product, it will cause high level of certain index in blood testing. I don't think it is a good idea to use a tube every day.

I was getting daily severe leg cramps, especially at night, and someone suggested this and very grateful they did. Ever since I started drinking this, I haven't been getting cramps. This is part of my daily routine now! Highly recommend!
