YES, This product contains Mono-Sodium Glutamate, also known as MSG! Pro: MSG is a flavor enhancer, best known to consumers by the product name "Accent." CON: Contrary to one of the other answers, here, MSG is NOT SAFE for everyone. It has not yet been disapproved by the FDA (because, as you know, the FDA automatically approves anything that is not strictly toxic, and only disapproves things [think BPA in baby bottles] AFTER there is undeniable scientific evidence that an item is dangerous to the majority of consumers). ALSO, MSG is a known ALLERGEN (I know, because I am allergic to it, MYSELF! It causes me to have asthma attacks, which I do not get with exercise or any other allergen.), therefore it is ILLEGAL to market this product without listing this known allergen in bold at the bottom of the ingredients list (like they do with peanuts for people with peanut allergies).
