Delivered to wrong house
The product was great but the driver delivered it to the wrong house. Thankfully it was only next door and we were able to retrieve it.

Great oil paint but arrived banged up with no padding
No padding or protection in thing envelope, very well could have burst and may soon after I try to open it. Not the correct or safe way to ship oil paints unfortunately.
