Q: does this has screws to screw onto the vesa plate

Yes. Wali gives everything you need. You'll end up with extra spacers, nuts, and screws. Good to keep them as they are 'standard' and you can use them for future Wali and other brand mounts.

Q: Does the 1.1 to 2.4 inch diameter pole have mounting hardware?

If you asking about the screws they are on the back of your monitor already where you remove the cover plate then use same screws to mount the metal plate for the Wali mount system.

If it has a vesa mount yes, but I know the larger size TV’s have larger spacing. Not sure if larger monitors are the same with vesa standards
