A: TRAINING MODE actively tracks your posture and sends a gentle vibration when you slouch reminding you to correct your posture. TRACKING MODE actively tracks your posture, but your device will not vibrate or send you any alerts.

**Q: My device is blinking red – what does it mean?**
A: Blinking red indicates that you need to charge your device.

**Q: Why doesn’t my UPRIGHT GO vibrate right away when I slouch?**
A: It might have something to do with the Trainer you selected in the app. We recommend switching to a different Trainer, e.g., the Stationary Trainer, and seeing if that works better for you.

It’s a such a great concept, however the design has one major flaw. The product does not stick. I had it for a week until it fell off and got lost. I am gutted since it was a great idea and really helped me. I cannot spent more money on something that can be lost so easily. Until that flaw can be fixed, I would stay away
