This is the third one I have purchased to keep my dogs safe, they work well but I would like to order longer prongs as my pup has very long fur and I don't like how tight i have to put it on

Disliked it comes with a usb, not plug in. Had to buy a plug in to activate it. Battery is so, so. Overall performance...100%

Bought September 2022. This was recommended by our trainer. IT DOES WORK WELL. However, the battery says it lasts 50-70 hours and it definitely doesn't last. I figured I could charge every 2 days, but the most I ever got was about 40 hours. No big deal, charge every night. About 6 months in it would randomly not charge. My dog has been fully trained now for months but we keep it on just in case, still the collar has to be charged every night. Just make sure you charge each night and this will be a great tool in training. And call the company directly when you have charger issues for the collar as their service was great and they sent a replacement as it was in the year warranty.

Great quality! Just make sure the prongs are touching pets skin for it to work. Works great and pets behaviour has improved so much! Wish I had purchased sooner.
