We just got these installed, and have not used yet, but packaging and build quality was very impressive. Packaging was EXCELLENT and even included a pair of white gloves for the install! Control valve is solid brass is seems to be a great quality. Seems to be well worth it so far!

This is a quality product and finishing. Perfect for remodeling and upscaling your bathroom.

We received this item but decided to return it. I didn't like that the silicone water pik were white. It looks somewhat on the cheaper made side. My plumber also recommended that i return it because the shower control itself is one unit so if something breaks, the entire thing would need to be replaced. We ended up returning this and purchasing Delta shower components that are seperate units so should something leak or break, you only fix that portion; not replace the entire shower unit.

The system it’s self is amazing. My little always wants to use the top rainfall every night.Customer service is also amazing. I had some parts that needed replacement and after a quick email I got a response in a timely manner and follow up to make sure everything went well! Would recommend every time

First the product. It was meticulously packaged with individual components wrapped in small cloth bags. The parts seem to be of high quality solid brass and perfectly machined. Now the customer service. I stripped the threads on a part and sent a message to the seller. I honestly didn't have much hope of getting a single part but to my pleasant surprise they had the part, and told me they would send it for the cost of shipping. it showed up in a matter of days along with another roll Teflon tape. I even received a follow up call to confirm I got the part and was satisfied.

The media could not be loaded.  Do not get this if you're DYI. I regret getting this design and will never again. The plate against the tiles is not flat because of the tiles discrepancy. I used Caulk to close the gap so that I can use the shower. And the hand held is not flexible.

The product was packaged well. the item matched the description of the what I ordered. I like the look and feel and can’t beat the price!! I will update on the install process and how it runs and feels once I actually use it.

It makes for a very relaxing shower experience.I bought the install kit in 2021, and since I was renovating the house while living in another, it took me until around November of 2022 to actually get this installed. I had the shower running for around a month, and all of a sudden I noticed that the shower head had swollen, to almost twice it’s original thickness, and ended up splitting at two corners, and spraying water everywhere. Well, I reached out to the seller, and they very graciously took my information, and got a replacement head out to me, very quickly, and resolved the issue.
