I bought these because of the list of ingredients looked very promising. I'm overweight and have trouble breathing because of that. And I think I have some lung damage from being around concrete dust when I worked in construction. The very first day I noticed that it was easier to take a really deep breath. As expensive as it is, I take one in the morning and I take one at night before bed and I can take that deep breath like you wouldn't believe.

This is one of those rare supplements that really helped with my lungs, and whenever I have a problem, I resume taking it. I wish it was cheaper.

Well I'm about halfway through the bottle and to be completely honest I can't tell a difference between taking this product and not taking this product, but it was delivered on time and there is no negative side effects. So it's kind of "meh" to me.
