This has been a God send for me - has helped my arthritic knee and back pain tremendously. My elderly neighbor told me today that she was suffering from back pain which has gotten worse lately. I really like these Qunol Tumeric capsules. I take them when I have an inflammatory situation going on like my thumb right now. I've got de Quervain's tenosynovitis from repetitive motion (too much hand sewing, I'm a quilter) and it's painful. This formulation of turmeric seems to be the best for me. I have tried others. I take 1500mg twice a day and it has made a world of difference for me. It does not upset my stomach and there is no taste to the capsules. This is not an instant fix, but after 3 days of being consistent every day, the pain has certainly decreased.

Really good product have purchased many times keep up the quality Qunol. You will rule the market - I only take vitamins and am healthy , coming from that perspective I feel this helps with inflammation and I see a major difference in that area.
