This has been a God send for me - has helped my arthritic knee and back pain tremendously. My elderly neighbor told me today that she was suffering from back pain which has gotten worse lately. Best of several brands I have used. Easy to swallow which is the most important attribute for me.

I really like these Qunol Tumeric capsules. I take them when I have an inflammatory situation going on like my thumb right now. I've got de Quervain's tenosynovitis from repetitive motion (too much hand sewing, I'm a quilter) and it's painful. This formulation of turmeric seems to be the best for me. I have tried others. I take 1500mg twice a day and it has made a world of difference for me. It does not upset my stomach and there is no taste to the capsules. This is not an instant fix, but after 3 days of being consistent every day, the pain has certainly decreased.
