UK seller to Australia. Please change the power lead as the UK plug was useless. Ordered a new one on Amazon. Add to your advertisement that you will need to buy an additional power lead

The product is solid. Installing elastic cords to meyal side loop was easy, though in the reviews it seemed hard for others. If you cant figure it out on your own, ask a mechanically minded person to help you. It does what it should. It actually feels relaxing. My only complaint would be the shortness of the cord. For most people, I think it will require an extension cord. The only place I can use it without an extension is in my main hallway, which is too dangerous a place to keep it. (tripping hazard) and the unit is too heavy to be moving about often. It's a little noisy but not too noisy to watch TV while using. I'm happy and would highly recommend. I hope it helps me avoid osteoporosis.

Hands down, this is one of the best investments I've ever made in my health and fitness. I already knew I liked vibration plates, because I'd used one in a gym before. As soon as I found out I could get one for home, I did my research and settled on the lifepro Hovert 3D. This is a heavy duty machine, so it's got some weight to it. It wasn't anything I couldn't handle, but it was reassuring that I was buying something that would last. It took me maybe ten minutes to get it set up, and that's because I insist on reading all instructions. It's truly a piece of cake to get started. If you're reading reviews, you probably already know about the most common benefits of vibration plates, so I'll only share one. Honestly, I'm only sharing it because it's one most people won't talk about and something that caught me completley off guard. I've dealt with mild incontinence for a while. It's frustrating and embarrassing. While using my Hovert, that issue went away entirely. It turns out one of the benefits is strengthening the pelvic floor, which helps with incontinence (at least in women, don't know about men). I hadn't realized it was helping like this until I'd been without my plate about a week. Which brings me to lifepro, the company, and why I say it gets five stars. I'd been using my Hovert only a few weeks when we had a freak flood. Water is about the only thing lifepro doesn't warrant against, but I emailed them anyway to ask if they thought there was anything I could do to save it. Honestly, I was expecting them to tell me it was dumpster food, but once they saw how recently I'd purchased it they offered to send me a replacement instead. They did, and they did not require me to return the damaged plate. I was completely blown away, am now totally sold on lifepro products, and am telling everyone I can about what a wonderful company they are to work with. You just don't see this type of service anymore. They have several different vibration plates, I suggest you compare them and decide which is best for you. Then make the commitment to actually use it. I've only just started doing a few exercises on it, but I always step on it first thing in the morning to wake up my body, and again when I get home in the evening to release any stress from the day. On those rare occasions that I have trouble settling down at night, I'll even push a chair up to it and just let it run with my legs on it. I love it!

I received it 5 days early which was good but beside that I don't have a lot of positive to share. First, the chord I got with the device isn't compatible with standard european plugs. I double checked the specs but it's not written anywhere that the device comes by default with UK plugs. I brough the device on amazon france and it was delivered to france. Why did it come with UK plugs ? To me it seems logical to make sure the plugging system is compatible with the country where you're selling your product (or at least to specify an adapter will be needed). Finally the main problem is the noise. It's makes a repetitive banging noise that is quite loud and can be hear from the next apartment (which is impressive considering my building has great phonic insulation).
