Very nice and many pockets, I like it.

The shoulder strap clip broke because it’s plastic. I could only use the hand straps. Also the form of the bag goes out of wack because the material is thin. Do not over fill despite the ample room. This will cause the bag warp and the plastic strap clip material to break easily. The bag is beautiful but just not made for daily usage

The shoulder straps are very short. The longer strap is Definitely not crossbody. Excellent pockets. One thing I'm very angry.. they shipped it squashed so the bottom does not open up. I stuffed it to try and get it to open. Bad chemical smell that wont go away. Its now 2 days still smells. Straps are so wrong. So it is definitely not a crossbody. You'd have to buy a separate longer crossbody strap. I emailed mfr. .maybe they will send me a longer strap. Shoulder straps should be at least 30 in. Or longer. It's 24 in. No way it's crossbody.. it's a shoulder bag. I still have the packaging on it. I bought a separate crossbody strap to see how it will work.

I like the size and the color, I did think it would be a bit bigger but it will work
