Niteangel Small Pet Fun Tunnel, 39 x 4 inches - Fit Adult Ferrets and Rats (Orange)

The rate of this will definitely depend on your personal hamster and it’s personality and habits. I have one super calm hamster that hasn’t chewed through it at all and loves it, but I also have a super active hamster whose favourite activity is to chew it. Personally, this isn’t an issue for me at all. Hamsters love to chew and it doesn’t go through super quickly and is still in perfectly fine condition even with a few holes. It’s also cheap enough to replace in maybe 5-6 months. Depending on your hamster it also may or may not be easy to clean. Personally, I haven’t yet had to experience scrubbing off any feces from it during cleanings but I could totally see someone having to. Personally, I think it’s worth it just because it’s huge and all my hamsters have loved it and used it as their main hide no matter what.

I love this product!!! I bought this for my rats. Unfortunately they passed away from old age only a few days after i got this product, though they absolutely loved it. I am getting 3 rats in a couple of days and I'm sure they'll love it as well!! Perfect size for rats to fit through, though nothing bigger than a male rat. But it is very sturdy. While I used it I bent it to be like a ramp for the levels of the cage, and it worked great. It seems pretty good quality, and it was a decent price! Definitely recommend!

My black bear Syrian hamster loves these!. I had the green one in there for awhile and she goes back and forth through it so much I thought I would put another one in there so I bought the orange. I just put in in there and she is having soooooo much fun running through the orange then the green, through the orange then the green...!!! She loves it so much. I plan to arrange them differently every time I clean the cage so it will always be a new adventure for her.These tubes are awesome! You can bend them and stretch them to the length you want. It's so cool! You should get for your little furry friend.Look at her in the picture of her outside the cage. How can she be this cute?!! She is so adorable!!__________________________________________________________________________________________Update: I rearranged the tubes. Now the green one is under the bedding. She sleeps in the top left corner (under the bedding) and when she wakes up she goes through the green tube to get to her food, water, wheel, and sand. She also loves going through the orange one too. She really loves these tubes. Some people are saying they are hard to clean. I recommend getting desert sand ( most hamsters go the bathroom in it). Then you don't have to worry about the tubes getting dirty with pee. My hamster's tubes are very clean because she goes to the bathroom in her sand.

I got this tunnel for my rats to hide and get to other levels in their cage. I like that I can adjust how long and what shape I need the tunnel to be. I've had it for about a year now and it has still been a great purchase for my boys. It has been able to withstand chewing, my boys aren't big chewers, but they have managed to make a few holes in the tunnel. If your pet is a big chewers this may not be the best option as I can see this being destroyed pretty quickly. Additionally, it is not the easiest to clean. My boys like to pee all over it and I have to wash it pretty often. I stretch it out as far as it can go and soak it in water and soap for about 15-30 minutes before spraying it out with my shower head. Then I keep it in the tub standing up until it is completely dry. I still love this tunnel and would recommend it to other rat/small animal owners.

Our Syrian hamster, Kyong, ADORES this tube. As soon as I set it up in his cage and showed him where the entrance was, he immediately took to it, refusing to come out. He decided to then have a chew at it (he made a hole quickly, nothing new there), started a food stash, took a short nap, and then decided it would be a good place to make a new nest. We are now 4 hours into Kyongie tube time. His hide is being completely ignored.4 stars for durability, it already has a hole from chewing.3 stars for cleaning, he's already made a bit of a mess on the inside and I can tell that this will not be easy to clean.5 for durability, this tube is super flexible, holds up well to his weight, and holds its own on the compressed joints as well as the extended ones.But he loves it!From our little Kyongie, with all his little heart, overall a 5/5!Update: we repurchased another color as a christmas present and shelved the old blue tube - he was just as excited to receive his new favourite place to hide. He made his bed in it and refused the hide we’d given him. 20/10 adorable boy.

Might post photos later, but I got this for my two ferrets. They go inside and claw at it a lot and it's barely scratched. They use it whether or not i am in the room and can change shape easily. When fully extended it is long, but not excessive. The tube is too small for one ferret to pass over the other so they have to back out if both are in, but it's pretty funny to watch anyways so i don't see that as a negative. I gave it a three star to clean because, even stretched out, there are areas you just can't get in. Luckily my babies don't poop in their toys so cleaning doesn't need to happen often.

I don't know what it is about rats and tunnels, but my ratties love playing in them!I got the orange "Niteangel Small Animal Fun Tunnel" this time - I ordered the purple one a month ago. These are great additions for a rat habitat! You can use them for alot of different things.They come compact at about 8" long and 4" wide (diameter), but have an accordion design that allows them to stretch out to around 40" in length. It can be bent around, up and down, which allows for positioning between hammocks, levels and anywhere else you want to connect. It can also be cut in two or more smaller segments.The material these tunnels are made out of is durable and holds up under multiple and repeated contortions. I will definitely be buying more!

I got this for my pet mice. It was good for a while until she managed to chew through about 75% of it lol. Just something to think about.
