Do any of these tape rolls have a dispenser with a sharp edge to cut it? (Similar to scotch tape dispensers)

There is no need for cutting edge for this type of tape. Similar to painters tape, its a paper like material that is easy to tear by hand, if need to. You would use scizors to cut clean lined strips or into any pattern or shape you may need for a project.

What is the diameter of the circle measuring from left to right? I am finding the right size gift bags for putting 1 tape for each recipient. Thanks.

Each tape is wrapped around a core in the same way that toilet paper is wrapped around a cardboard tube. The inner diameter of the core is 1 inch, and the outer diameter of the tape is 1 1/4 inch. So, not a lot of tape per roll, but the variety in this pack allows for a lot of creativity, and I think the overall value is there.
