Truvativ Stem Hussefelt 0 Deg 42 Height 1-1/8

This is a very burly and tough stem. It fits perfect and looks nice, and also is sturdy with a good grip on the bars. Do note that what you receive is a 60mm and not the 40 as shown in the picture, but it makes no big difference to me because I just wanted to be able to ride again.

Bike components range greatly in costs and at times to diminishing returns. I needed a shorter stem for my Cyclocross bike and did not want to drop $60-70. Found this one and it is excellent; material, construction, fit, finish....it is solid from a reputable company too. Bit on the heavy side but I am ok with that...it holds my 760 wide bars fine and above all has held up through a few hundred miles now without fail. I'd buy it again.

I purchased a Specialized HardRock Sport Disc 29'er 2013 model in 2012, I used it mostly for fire road riding and training. After putting about 1000 miles on the bike, I started using it for more intense XC and light AM riding. I decided that the stock stem and handlebar setup would no longer work, my arms were fatiguing too fast during rough descents, so I chose to go with wider bars and a shorter stem.After doing a bit of research, this steam seemed like the right choice:Very strongWeight is OK (nothing special)Looks sexyPerfect lengthSince I have been using it, I have been very happy, I feel like I have much better control over the bike. It is extremely stiff and just feels solid.I am using it with the matching handlebars.Some people online are complaining that this stem is loose and won't retighten after some use, but I have abused this thing and it is still as tight as the day I purchased it.

Looks good and I’ve had no problems with it. I’m learning so I can’t tell if it performs well at a very aggressive level but it has been strong through small and medium jumps/drops and a lot of crashes

This will be a great upgrade to an existing setup, faster response in steering with some added visual appeal. Some will complain about the weight but I haven't noticed any difference. It appears to be unbreakable and the fit on my steerer tube and handlebars was perfect and has held up over some hard use. Great bang for the buck.

It's heavy, but I knew that going in. It is MASSIVE and looks goofy on a regular xc/trail bike, but it's not made for that.Got it because it was cheap and I wanted to try a 60mm stem.

Parts are hard to find since covid or there back ordered. Right color, right size and right on time.
