Shipping yankee candles is key. I have two that arrived melted and not usable. Expensive

Candle was a melted mess on delivery
Yankee candles are normally amazing quality and this scent smells like a caramel shop, but it wasn’t shipped in a temperature controlled environment and came to me melted and warped with no visible wick. I had to warm it in a pot on the stove to fix it, which solved the problem. However, I don’t want to buy another candle that I have to work to fix in order to use it. Please address how your candles are shipped so they are usable.

Candle all melted to on side.
So before shipping the candle you people have not even bothered to check that it's all melted to one side and into the lid and can not be lit. Such a disappointment I've ordered a replacement and sent the fault candle back but not heard anything yet it's been days. Very very poor customer service. Zero response

I LOVE!!!!! This fragrance SOooooo much!!! It literally makes your mouth water, the after smell is wonderfully all day long the next day, these large candles last the whole Christmas period & I use them every evening. This salted caramel fragrance mixes well with a tropical fruits fragrance if you like to burn a couple at the same time. Mine last week's maybe 8 to 10 weeks, depends on how long you have them on for, do try and have them burning til the whole surface is melted or you won't get an even burn when the wax retreats, I always go for a 4 to 5 hour plus burn, trim your wick if need be and when extinguishing your flame, use the lid rather than blowing out the candle, as that retains the smell of putting out the candle within the lid & not into the air, thus keeping the fragrance nice in your room. Remember folks, put them where they won't get knocked over, away from small children and when your having parties put in a safe place! Enjoy, it's a delicious treat for the senses.

This candle burn slow and has a nice subtle smell. This subtle smell is very important to me as I am very sensitive to unique smells.
