What is the texture? - I've bought several and happen to be too liquid

I used mine last weekend. Was thick enough, color was good, concealed great. Im so sorry yours was not. I used Orange.

Does this cover tattoos?

I'm not sur if it covers tatoos but I have Melasma and it covers it very well, especially when you wear it over foundation.
