It is very slim as it is made from Tyvek. I previously had a different make of Tyvek wallet that was not deep enough to properly hold UK notes. That survived well over a year of being bounced between pockets, before becoming disreputable enough to warrant replacement. This is the original, and while the outside will almost certainly gain a similar patina to the previous one, I am happy to replace it with another every year. If you want to make your own version then search for instructions on the internet, but once you have sourced a sheet of Tyvek the right size and spent all the effort to fold your own, you may as well buy a ready made one. Dynomighty are the original and of good quality. As the wallet is basically paper you can write or draw on it to personalise.
