I was really looking forward to this item, but it arrived broken. The sauce was mixed with glass shards, making it unsafe to consume. As a result, I had to throw it away. Very disappointing. Update review : I repurchased this item because my previous order was damaged. I’m very happy that this time it arrived safely, and the packaging was much better than before. Thank you so much.

I’ve purchased this a couple times as it’s my husbands favorite hot sauce! He goes through it so fast! Great value for the price! He says it’s spicy but the perfect amount of spice!

My son loves his stuff with any Asian dish. Glad it's available on Amazon so I don't have to go all the way to Asian grocer.

As an Indonesian girl living in the US, I'm so thankful to be able to buy this on Amazon when I'm so far away from home. ABC Sambal is always going to get 5 stars from me.

I was introduced to this particular chili sauce in the early 1980's, when, as a guest, I was invited to dine in the officer's mess aboard the Bogasari Lima, and later on the Bogasari Empat in both Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR. This relationship lasted for several years, until the Bogasari grain ships started loading wheat grain out of Seattle or British Columbia. All of us have since retired or passed on now, but I still enjoy this sauce... and credit it for keeping me feeling a young 50 - in each of these past twenty years! Twice in years past, I was able to purchase a 24 or 30-bottle case out of California. Once at an LA farmer's market (in a brick building selling only Hot sauces) and later via a distributor who shipped it to me. When I last contacted that source, via e-mail, they either didn't carry it - or couldn't ship a case to me because I'm not a wholesaler. I've been down to my last bottle for a while now, and using it sparingly to make it last. The California importer sent us the Amazon link to this chili sauce. My wife and daughter each placed an order for me, and I no longer need to use sparingly. Try it yourself. You'll look for more and more food items to put this on. It's that good!

Somehow I didn't realize I was getting two bottles, but the sauce is really good! Glad I got two!!! It was delivered very quick as well!
