Won't Fit The 1.5 Quart Le Creuset Brasier...
The Le Creuset Signature 9.5" lid is very nice with a good weight and feels durable. Unfortunately, it will not fit my 1.5 quart Le Creuset brasier...just a tad too big. Would love to have a glass lid to monitor whatever I am cooking in my brasier.

Excellent lids, both for Le Creuset and All-Clad Copper-Core pans
Nicely made and attractive lids. I have been using Le Creuset cookware since the 70’s, for most things it is excellent, easy to clean reliable cooking, etc. However i have never really warmed to the cast iron lids. For some things they are very good, but for a lot of cooking i do, i want to be able to see the pot contents without taking the lids off, and also want to see the state of a boil, or a simmer, again without taking the lid off which changes the status i am trying to check. So i have been buying glass lids from anywhere i can find that “fits” the pan i need. Sadly none of them ever fit quite right. These Le Creuset lids fit right, at least on most of their pans, and work well. I bought mine in 2019 when they first came out, most have been used multiple times a day, every day since. The 10 inch lids fits the 3 /3/4 qt Marmite Soup Pot perfectly, and as my daily driver it gets a lot of usage. I am very gentle with my pans, but in all honesty pretty rough with the lids. They get put on top of anything convenient, slide of other lids when i am not paying attention, dropped on the floor, squeezed into some spare spare on the dish drainer, stores upside down with other pots on top, etc etc. So after 7 years of this unfortunate treatment i can say these lids hold up very well. Main main daily lid now has many scratches on the glass, but it works well, and is still crystal clear to see through when cooking. The stainless knobs hold up really well, and they remain cool no matter what i do with the pot on the cooktop. I do not use them in the over, for that i use the original cast iron lids. So for Le Creuset pans these are a winner, if you want clear lids. I use them on marmites, dutch ovens, skillets, 8 inch skillets, etc. There is no lid that will fit the Balti however. There is a Japanese cedar lid that fits that perfectly, you can find it in my review of the Le Creuset Balti. -- The second reason i bought these lids was for my collection of All-Clad copper core pans. For cooking pasta, boiling eggs, and other easy tasks, these copper core pans are lighter and better suited to such things than Le Creuset. Not that it is important, but i just do things this way. Anyway, the copper core pans are very good to cook with, but the lids that come with them are truly awful. If you boil something they will dribble and spit water out everywhere, if you try and set the lids offset a little to stop that, they just slide back. If you want to drain something like pasta, the lid handles are so badly designed they burn your fingers, and using a towel to hold them just gets the towel wet with hot water. All in all a total failure of design. Shame on you All-Clad. However these Le Creuset lids fit perfectly !. I use them on a 3qt pan, 10 inch skillet, 12 inch skillet, etc. So if you have any copper core in the kitchen and want decent lids that work, try these Le Creuset lids. When boiling or simmering the condensed water returns to the pan, not dribbling out the sides. Excellent ! -- I gave them 4 stars and not 5 as the glass scratches a little too easily. But they are very durable, and have survived many incidents that i thought would have damaged them. Other members of my family are not as careful in the kitchen, shall i say.

Just what I wanted!!!
I purchased the Le Creuset 11" Cast Iron Everyday Pan to use in my trailer, replacing my 10-1/4" cast iron skillet. The Le Creuset pan is so much easier the clean and can be used as a serving piece, as well. The only thing I felt it needed was a lid! Lo and behold, Le Creuset makes one....it fits well, works, great, and is easy to clean.
