StickTite Lenses Small 28mm stick-on bifocal lens, convert sunglasses into magnified bifocal reading glasses

This is a great product. They work really well. You can add them to any glasses and adjust them to your personal preference. They stick where you apply them, and don't move around. A small drop of water on the lens helps the lens slide into the position you desire. Once in place and dry, the lens stay put. They are low priced so you can buy several pair for different glasses. Highly recommended.

I returned the StickTite Lenses because they are cloudy or foggy. Not crisp and clear. Yes, I used a cloth designed for cleaning eyeglasses to be sure they were clean. I ordered the Hydrotac lenses at the same time to compare and they are very clear. The plastic of the StickTite is indeed soft and can curve easily to wraparound style sunglasses but the clouding and glare over what you are trying to read makes them useless. By comparison the Hydrotac lenses are stiffer but still were able to adhere to my Maui Jim Ho’okipa sunglasses and the lenses are clear. Yes, I know I can get Maui Jim’s with reader lenses ground in and once I’m comfortable knowing what power I need to read the gps in the car I will probably do that. Bottom line I would not recommend the StickTite lenses. Try something else.

All things considered this product works pretty well. Is the image crystal clear? No, but for the price it is better than I expected. The image is slightly blurry, but I can read my phone or the label on a product in the grocery store no problem. If I want to read a book I will use good reading glasses. Use only water to apply. It took two tries only because first time I spaced them too far apart. I peeled them off and re-applied and it's good. I gave it 4 stars only because the image is slightly blurry, but very serviceable. I recommend this product.

When I first tried these I thought they were junk. I was trying to get them to work in a pair of swim goggles. The product at first is a little difficult to work with. At least in swim goggles. I eventually got them in, actually not hard. But I was not satisfied with the clarity. Then I realized how easy it is to remove and reapply the lenses. So, I got a pair of sunglasses to try them in. Now, it was very easy with good clarity. Use water with a speck of dish detergent. (the surfactant breaks the surface tension.) Move them around and press them where you want them. Good to go in a few minutes. Now I'm going to try them again in a new pair of swim goggles. It might have been a problem with the old goggle plastic lenses.

Not perfect but works well for me.

I did everything prior to sticking these to brand new glasses ( cleaning ) and they did not stick properly or consistently. Very hard to see clearly through. I had to keep arranging them so I could see through both at the same time. Pricey, low quality.

I wear bifocals and I am a cyclist. It is impossible to read detailed information on my head unit. For years i just utilized limited data fields and squinted, but forget about detailed structured workouts as that would be impossible. Custom glasses are too expensive and contacts dont work for me ( I tried).I read the reviews on this product , some good and some bad. For the price it was worth the gamble.These went on very easily, too easy. They have stayed in place. There is a narrow margin of visibility but if you take a moment to identify the area that you specifically need magnification these work perfectly.Are they perfectly clear, not necessarily - i applied some trial and error to identify the range and magnification location i needed. For me these work perfectly. I can now clearly read small detailed data fields during my outdoor structured training rides.If you are willing to identify your needs and dial in the the location (car dash, watch, bike computer) these work perfectly well. I love the productThese are for specific use cases and no one should expect perfect custom lens vision from these. If you need that level of quality vision spend the money with your doctor. Again, for my needs they worked perfectly well.

Really wanted these to work so I could wear my favorite sunglasses without having to switch out when I need to read something. Unfortunately they are next to useless. I tried fitting them using lens cleaner as suggested by the manufacturer, and water as suggested in the comments. Neither method stopped the image being very blurry. Also as the pics show, as the fluid dries the lens begins to peel away at the edges creating an even more distorted image. I contacted their CS email address and despite receiving a receipt confirmation, I never heard anything further. Save your money.Update. CS did respond, went to my junk folder so my bad on that. They’re sending me another pair so we’ll see if I just had a bad set. Will update.
