Don’t buy it
Garbage, the blade adjusting screws don’t hold the blade in place, and the blade is dull.

Poor Design
All stainless alright! Unable to use the product effectively as it was designed due to poor blade stability and uneven thickness control. Needed to jam it closed to force the blade backwards enough to use it upside down for the thinnest slices. Just garbage. Save your money and get the Alma.

Yes, It slices, which is what these are supposed to do. It just does not do it well. The thickness adjustment is crude only allowing big changes in thickness. The blade is not held well by the coarse adjust screw which makes it inconsistent as well. You would do well to find a different design & manufacturer.

It’s just as they say: buy cheap = buy twice. This isn’t any good for slicing truffle. Really poor quality. Don’t recommend. Even on the thinnest setting, the slices are still too thick.

Really great! Much better than the ones with a wooden handle; they have no room to take a reasonable slice without hitting the handle.
