Has helped daughter a lot
Daughter recently started cheer and gymnastics. We ordered her this to help her with her stretching and flexibility. I was so surprised to see how much progress she’s made in the last few weeks alone after using this an another tool we ordered each day to stretch. Seems to be really helping her improve. And she loves the pretty shade of purple :)

Great quality but no digital code
The strap is sturdy and the paper guide is as expected. I didn't receive a digital code though. Hopefully I get it here.

PERFECT FOR MY 5 year old Grandaughter !!!
This will work for a kid or a teenager. It massively improves your BALANCE and flexability. Resistance work is basic isometrics and if you dedicate yourself this strap can produce great results. She uses it regularly.

Wish is wasnt as rough
It does it job but it's rough and can cause blisters if using for a while maybe add a soft part for the ankle and wrist
