I’ve noticed the difference in my resistance to colds etc. from taking these regularly. I intend to keep on doing so, especially through the winter months.

As far as Elderberry capsules go then these are as good as any on the market. The seller sent them quickly and they were well packaged and the capsules are tasteless easy to swallow.

Easy to take and swallow, not sure on benefits but that’s very subjective. Feel like they have benefits.
