Arrived on time, good quality and dependable.

So far I have had it for 5 weeks and it does everything I want it to do. But it does get pretty hot.

Like the 2-in-1 feature. Keyboard good. Overly sensitive touch pad. Fast processor. Wish it had a camera on the back side so when in tablet mode you can take pictures in front of you. Ample enough ports and I'm glad it still has the common style interfaces. All in all a good device for the price.

This Computer was bought in Feb. It was my Daughter's 18th Birthday Present and she plans on using it for college in the fall. In less than a month the computer started crashing. Dell Tech Support stated the NVME drive is bad. Dell sent a tech out but they couldn't replace the drive because Dell doesn't carry 1TB NVME drives. If you want this computer I'd recommend buying directly from dell.

Freaking heavy! I wish they could think of a durable carrying handle (at least make the exterior not so slick). But it does the job I needed it to do.

Less than 45 days and this is not working. Out of time for return on Amazon and Dell just can try to fix it in a week if they have a tech person available!!!! DO NOT EVER BUY DELL!!!!

I received this as a gift from a friend.About 2 months later, the laptop froze with a red screen of death. We contacted Dell support and rather than granting permission to open it up and remove the power cable from the internal battery, they made me wait 2 days until the screen drained the battery.Fortunately, the system booted up fine but then a month later the same thing happened again.This time we contacted Dell, got them to send a tech out to replace the faulty SSD. However, the Tech arrived with a 256 GB replacement for the 1 TB M.2 SSD VAR upgrade. It turns out that DELL doesn't have a facility for VARs to access the Dell database to update configurations associated with service tags, so Dell was unable to replace the component.Fortunately, I believe the Dell Tech reinstalled/reseated the original SSD stick more robustly than the VAR and I have not had a problem since.However, it took quite some time & effort to work between the various parties and even identify a support phone number for the VAR who mods/reels these Dell systems through Amazon.It also turns out they DO NOT provide on-site support and I would've had to pay for shipping and wait a week or two in order to get the memory replaced /system repaired, as well as ensure all backups & restoration were done properly - presuming the system was in a state permitting this.The Dell Tech brought along a high speed USB xfer kit to do this If necessary.

It's a great computer for the price, not one to use on you lap since it heat too much too fast
