Excellent iron! Thank you for making a concentrated dosage in a small easy to swallow tablet! Not digestion issues with this product. Definitely improving my iron uptake and my blood test numbers. Thank you!

Iron Bisglycinate
The iron seems to be working, the only issue I had was that it expires in April of 2024, and I just purchased it in January 2024. The price is right, but I would be scared to order it again for that reason.

Fewer pills Best Absorption
My father needs 200 mg per day. 25 mg means 4 pills in am and 4 in pm. With these he takes 2 at a time. Ots great. Bisglycinate it is best for absorption and easy to swallow too. His labs are perfect at 91 y.o.

Product expired 5 months ago.
I received these ABBLO iron supplements on 9/30/24. According to the label on the package, they expired in April 2024 (04/2024). Lot number 92695. I would not recommend ordering these. I saw another review from earlier in 2024 that also received a bottle that expires 04/2024.

Estoy embarazada y por esto me habian indicado hierro, el que te prescriben en la seguridad social es el mas comun de farmaceutica aunque es el que te genera mayores efectos adversos, es el mas barato entonces van con ese. Soy medica y por elección propia sabia que no debia tomar ese, aunque lo probe y fue horrible vomitos,diarrea , mareos etc.Por lo cual investigue por mi cuenta y he encontrado esta marca, hace 3 meses lo estoy tomando : beneficios: no solo que es efectivo por lo cual lo mas importante porque cumple su funcion, se ha notado en mis analíticas, sino que no he sentido ningún efecto adverso, al contrario me ha ayudado a regular el intestino cosa que en el embarazo se agradece. Lo recomiendo.

Il prodotto è buono, si vede che fa il suo dovere. Ho dovuto scalare il dosaggio perchè disturbava un pò lo stomaco, anche se molto meno rispetto ad altri integratori di ferro. Consigliato!
