I’m a woman who is post menopausal and suffers from hot flashes and insomnia. When I tell you that this product is a life saver, I remember all my dreams vividly! Edited to say: I started taking these at night instead of the morning as directed by my naturopath (who said it looked like a great supplement when he checked out the bottle). I started taking these after I had completely tapered off (with my doctor’s knowledge) 200mg Topamax, and 450mg Wellbutrin. These two meds just by themselves cause horrible memory and slow word recall. I just finished a bottle and I can’t believe how after about two weeks, I was noticing in my own speech that I was able to give faster responses to people, my affect and mood had gone up more than it had ever been on Wellbutrin, and my word recall was on the rise. After the month of taking it, I talked to an ARNP friend who said about an hour into our conversation that she couldn’t believe the difference in now and months ago when we would have conversations.
