Does what it says on the tin!
I was looking for a long-lasting matt lipstick and I'm very happy with this. It takes quite some time to dry and stays tacky for a while but it stays on even after a three-course meal and drinks. No bleeding or smudging. You need an oil-based product to get it off with afterward. Am going to buy loads of these!
