I agree with one review where they can get a little stuck in your throat if you don’t drink enough water, well I just drink water before taking it so my throat isn’t dry. You don’t pee any odd color like other diuretics and these have zero jitters. This brand is natural and works, if you want a faster relief I found taking 4 a day works best. 2 in the morning and 2 before dinner- not before bed cause you’ll have to get up and use BR. Sometimes price goes down to 7 dollars which is great!

I love this product. It's still less harmful, and helps a lot with swollen legs. Quality is very good, easy to take because it's a capsule. Good price too.
